This was my first home purchase and Monica explained the entire process thoroughly. She gave me options on lenders and listened when I told her what I was looking for in a new home. When the search began, she sent me a listing, listened to my feedback and we moved forward. I didn't get that house. However, on the very next listing, which I thought was too expensive, things fell into place. From the beginning, she said it was priced too high and we needed to move. She was 100% Correct. Six weeks later, I have closed and moved into my new home! I make sure that everyone I talk to knows that Monica is the person they need to see when they are interested in purchasing a new home.
