I had put off selling, but the sales associate's judgement of the market was excellent. Monica Bynum found a buyer very rapidly and the closing went quickly. She had to do extra-handholding as the buyer wanted a quick closing and I was travelling, but she did the extra work needed to make things go quite smoothly given the circumstances. Definitely someone willing to go the extra mile.
